ABOUT
US Bulgarian Investment Information Network (BIIN) is a virtual guide-book for issues related to investments. It gives investors direct access to the sources and providers of qualitative information and services in Bulgaria. The concept of the project has been based on extensive discussions with international investors and consulting firms, findings from a survey done by the sociological agency Alpha Research on the information market in Bulgaria, and success stories of similar networks in other countries (Greece, Ireland, Czech Republic). The network integrates sources and providers of information and services related to the investment processes in Bulgaria in order to create a transparent internet portal of those providing objective, unbiased and current investment information and quality services with which to assist businesses and investors in making timely and informed investment decisions in Bulgaria. BIIN has a horizontal structure based on a Letter of Commitment. BIIN is launched with the financial support of the Economic Growth and Investment project of MSI/USAID, complimentary public relations assistance of D&D Agency and the logistical support of the InvestBulgaria Agency (IBA). The network is hands free from any formal government participation.
